Our prayer is that you will be blessed and strengthened by the power of Jesus, and that you will live a life of abundance in friendship, family, joy and liberty. RCC is here for you. It is not just a church; it is a fellowship of believers coming together to declare the glory of the Lord, and to celebrate Jesus as King. We study the Word, practice what we learn, and in the process grow together. May God richly bless you! May the Lord bless you and keep you! We hope to see you soon! (Map)

Our Mission, Vision & Goals (Map)

The mission of RCC is to connect individuals to Christ Jesus and to each other through a loving, growing, and committed body of believers.
Our vision is to expand God’s kingdom through real connections with real people.
  • To provide a non-toxic, safe environment where Christ followers can   encourage each other and worship God.
  • To touch, for Christ, as many truth seekers as may be reached within our  community.
  • To educate men and women about their biblical roles within the Church and to provide opportunities for them to serve God in a way that best suits their interests, gifts and talents.
  • To offer hope to the hopeless by manifesting the love of God to everyone that we meet.

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we serve under the head of the Church, our Lord Christ Jesus. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Where Can I Serve?

Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of this church is our mission to the world. It begins in our own community. Church members have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of ministries from things as simple as…

Community Outreach

Battered Women’s Shelter
RCC is thrilled to be part of the solution within our community. The Church members here at RCC, along with other members of the community, help support the needs of the ladies that are housed by the Battered Women’s Shelter. The Church donates such things as personal care products, toiletries, clothing and more. This is a much needed program that could benefit from your generous donations… A link to the shelter and a list of needs will be added soon.
Christian Motorcyclists Association
Salisbury, NC Chapter
The basic purpose of a CMA Chapter is to support the National CMA effort of “sharing and showing the love of Jesus Christ to motorcyclists,” and supporting this ministry through regular financial support to National. In this, there is a three-fold purpose:
  1. Provide and encourage members to be active in testimony and Christian witnessing to all motorcyclists.
  2. Provide a Christian fellowship ride group.
  3. Provide an evangelistic association for motorcycling.

Music & Drama

God-honoring worship is something we strive for…These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of our church, using their talents and gifts to glorify God.

1st Impressions

The 1st Impressions team at RCC fills an important role. They are involved in ensuring the safety of the Church during services, helping visitors, answering questions, providing direction, unlocking doors, locking doors, and generally ensuring that the service can proceed problem-free. The 1st Impressions team is a servant-hearted group of men and women whose ministry is integral to church life.

Media & Technology

Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of this church. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes.

Prayer Warriors

Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Throughout the week, volunteers from our Prayer Warriors Team pray for their pastor, a list of church members, any special requests, and missionary prayer needs.

How Can I Get To Know People at RCC? (Map)

Our church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at RCC.

Life Group

Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, our church members have small gatherings held in member homes or a designated place. The size of the groups are anywhere from six to twelve people. At a time appointed by your group leader you can participate in the Life group.

Youth Ministry

Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction. The youth ministry of our church is recognized for their meaningful interaction with kids.

Young Adults

Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The young adult group of our church provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.

Women’s Group

Women’s groups give the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s groups encourage and offer times of discipleship, Bible study, prayer (and, of course, food). These groups provide a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church.

Man Church

Man Church is designed to protect, encourage, and develop men of all ages. Man Church meets together as their schedules allow and keep in touch by email or phone.

Prayer Warriors

Throughout the week, volunteers from our Prayer Warriors Team pray for their pastor, a list of church members, any special requests, and missionary prayer needs. The team also meets together periodically to pray, as a group, for certain needs.
